Joining the Ultramarines for the assault was Wolf Lord Gregar and a drop pod filled with ten of the Crimson Tracks finest Grey Hunters. On the side of the Emperor stood Lord Marneus Calgar, a devastator and tactical squad, a phalanx of assault marines led by Ultramarine Chaplain Acanthus, a trio of Space Marine Bikers, a Predator Annihilator, a Dreadnought Fontell and Ironclad Dreadnought Phelan and a scout squad of five led by scout Sergeant Gaius. At around midday the Ultramarines 4th company and a small detachment of Space Wolves from the Crimson Tracks pack rallied together to make war against a legion of traitor Guardsmen.
